This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our chat-first digital health locker and portal system, in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and ABDM guidelines.

We collect and manage only the information necessary to provide you with secure health records access:

• Identifiable Profile Data: Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number (used for secure messaging delivery).
• Medical Records: Prescription data, lab reports, and medication histories that you upload or receive via linked pharmacies and doctors.
• Consent Artifacts: Audit logs indicating who you have authorized to view your health records.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to deliver the services you request:

• Facilitating the retrieval and sharing of your health records via secure messaging or secure portals.
• Alerting you to critical drug interactions and refill schedules.
• Facilitating secure messaging and records exchange with clinicians you authorize.

3. Consent and Control

You have absolute control over your records. No clinician, pharmacy, or researcher can access your personal health timeline without your explicit consent. You can revoke access at any time through your Patient Portal consent dashboard.

4. Data Security

We use industry-grade AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Your records are protected by strict access controls and monitored for unauthorized activity.
